The Shehrabad Council controls the The Queendom of Shehrabad. It's members are as follows:

Structure
It includes is the queen of Shehrabad and her four official advisors as well as her secret fifth advisor. The each member is in charge of different aspect of The Queendom of Shehrabad. Below are the roles:
Queen:Shehrabad Durga Temple and Shehrabad Palace
Agniha: Shehrabad Lower Ring
Arthadha: Shehrabad Mines and Shehrabad Jungle
Eyararu:Shehrabad Fields and Shehrabad Beaches
Jalaigara: Shehrabad Upper Ring
Sunchaya: The Spy Network and whatever else the Queen wants.
Though each advisor has responsibilities, all important issues are discussed by the council and are subject the queen's final decision. Also, it should be noted that King of Shehrabad is publicly in charge of foreign relations, but in actuality, all his decisions are made by this council.
