Queen Fulmati Paribanu (a.k.a. Queen of Shehrabad)
She is the cousin of Princess Jasmine and Queen of The Queendom of Shehrabad. Her reputation makes her an intimidating enemy, but her power makes her a valuable ally. Princess Jasmine will try to win the queen’s favor in the third installment of the Rajah’s Curse Series, The Queen of Shehrabad.

Many of her expressions are similar to Princess Jasmine when Jasmine is in ice queen mode.

With the power of her Earth Pendant she can control the rocks and soil. She can also sense magic and is very strong. She uses this power for the good of The Queendom of Shehrabad.

She wears a lot of green. Her eyes seem to change color depending the shade she wears. She is also fond of gold jewelry and is never without her nose ring.

Personal history
Queen Fulmati took her throne at 14 after her mother died of Winter's Kiss and her older sister, Princess Sharma abducted the throne. With extensive court and her righthand woman, Tarannum, Queen Fulmati was able to undo the mistakes done during Princess Sharma tenure as queen and bring the queendom back to health and prosperity. This included formally becoming queen so that she could control the earth and rocks to maintain the city and setting up proper quaratine for those with Winter's Kiss. Many died but many more were saved. She also undid Sharma halfbaked equality ideas for a more traditional system which help reduce confusion and maintain wealth for those who had it. These acts almost negates the rumors that Queen Fulmati killed her own mother and forced Sharma to step down in a coup.

The actual story is that after Princess Sharma save her true love Dalia she realized that she did not care for The Isle of Shehrabad as much as her own dreams and was unable to make the hard decisions that needed to be made, so gave the crown to Queen Fulmati her younger sister. The Earth Pendant was the only thing keeping Queen Kesari alive so when Queen Fulmati took the amulet as part of her coranation, she killed Queen Kesari.
