Shehrabad Jungle
Fauna & Flora
The wild flora of the outer edge of the jungle includes coconut palms, common trees include banyans, casuarinas, pandani (screw pines), breadfruits, tamarinds, and tropical almonds. Betel nut and betel leaf also grow in the jungle. More inland the soil changes. Grass grows. There are sal trees, shehrabad jasmine bushes (orange and white flower) and other jungle plants. Tiger lotuses grew in the fresh water hole.
As for the fauna, The Isle of Shehrabad is the only place in this know world with golden tigers. Besides these semi-mystical beasts, there are lizards, seabirds, Sambar deer, peacocks, porcupines, and barasingha(swamp deer). There also wild goats descended from lost goats brought over by the Shebali. Frogs live in the fresh water hole in near the center of the jungle. There are Many bugs including mosquitos, grasshoppers, spiders and white ants.
