Session 10: Private Parties
General Summary
Over the course of about a tenday, the party had experiences on their own and with each other!
Leaf asked Caydense to bring him to Klaus's cave, but was refused because Sultana was not in town this week. Gherd and Caydense were dealing with all of Sultana's work in addition to their own, and they were very busy with the infestation of the cave system and the Gutters, a group of petty criminals associated with the new drug Gutpunch who were having "Gutter parties" in the caves. Caydense suggested Leaf use Klaus himself to get him to the area, and to leave The Baron out of it as much as possible. Leaf also asks Kopala about Eldath and spends time in Lient'roc, finding a cenote where he camps out with Padme and starts getting in tune with his mother's nature-centered influence.
Kopala made sure that Emelia was introduced to The Baron Ivan Iverfort, who hurriedly gave her the amended Coast Guard Contract to sign. His stress over the situation and demand for secrecy was apparent. (Also, very importantly, she met Gobson.) Emelia also went back to Liquid Sands to help Hestia clean up.
SNTR-1 spent time working in his own workshop on improving himself, notably crafting a rod as his arcane firearm. Eidella told him she as proud of his accomplishments, and that she's working on a device to help communicate with the creature from Liquid Sands, who she has been calling Glis. SNTR-1 also asked to look at one of her older artifices, a cat called TA-1, being interested in making his own brand of sentient construct.
Kopala and SNTR-1 attended a party celebrating the first issue of Shorewatch, along with Furn, Henrietta, Sulphier, Gherd, and Creedence Clearwater, along with some other randos. They heard about Sulphier's concern about the cellar -- bad smells and he swears something's moving down there -- but Henrietta didn't seem as concerned.
Leaf, after inciting a jam session at the Lodge, talked to Klaus Iverfort and Fionne (his girlfriend), and convinced them to bring him to the cave. He takes Emelia on totally not a date to the romantic hidden cavern: Ta'lan Rah, The Refuge of Leaders. Curiously and inexplicably, the place shows absolutely no signs of fungal infestation. Leaf and Emelia get to know Klaus and Fionne, and learn that Klaus has been coming here for years to get away from his father's house, and only recently discovered the paintings when cleaning up for Fionne. Emelia sees evidence that someone once painted in there.

TLDR:
Shorewatch comes out. Emelia is officially a Coast Guard. Leaf and Emelia discover Ta'lan Rah, seemingly the only place in the caves below town not infested. Much individual growth was achieved.Bookkeeping:
