In-Game History
Captain Sultana was introduced soon after the murder took place, establishing himself as the voice of law and order in Port Shimmerly. He took some offense to Coris' methods of investigations, but ultimately acquisced to let the group look into the murder (under the supervision of Verone Gherd). Sultana is the Captain who works the closest with Baron Ivan Iverfort. Sultana was not seen again in person until the night of the raid on Lord Understone's Floating Brothel, when he took down the Beast while Gherd and other guardsmen dealt with the remaining criminals. He walked Creedence, Cheni and Tristian back to The Lodge, asked about their investigations, and revealed that Gherd was in fact a Captain of the guard. He offered his help, and the party ultimately decided to bring him along in their journey through Lient'roc.
