Ramsay Inferos Reed the Mad, Nightman. The son of the late King Jon Reed II, he is responsible for the deaths of thousands.

He was a tall thin man. However post eating the goo his eyes are turning red and his skin is going black. Coal black blood runs through him.

Personal history
Ramsay Reed is the son of King Jon Reed II and Meera Snow, their eldest child. Originally the heir to the Swamplands. He was born in SwampsShore on a dark day, the Day of Horrors - a day feared by believers of The Old Gods. A prophecy spoke that a child born on the day of darkness, would bring chaos to everything, nobody believed it at the time but it proved all too true.
Ramsay was insane from birth, he managed to kill someone by the age of one. It was a messy affair, but it had something to do with a pacifier. Jon Reed found it best to station Sentinels by him at all times, he also disguised the deaths as something called the Raasy Plague. He had killed 100 people by the age of six and 1000 by seven. Those the 900 deaths in-between were assisted by Ramsay's pet horse he named Bertram. The horse was a normal one before it met Ramsay, but Ramsay used the horse to help kill people and "dispose" of the evidence. Those murders weren't ever discovered, it was just a large amount of disappearances.
Ramsay was enrolled into the Virtue Academy. This decision was made but it was never truly liked as they were unleashing a chaotic child upon the normal populace. He did alright in his studies, but did burn down the school on his first day. The school had to rebuild and it was named the Ramsay Project. The new school was especially built to avoid any problems caused by Ramsay Reed. It failed, Ramsay caused more issues day by day.
At the age of 10, Ramsay went into a full-on rage mode. 15 kills, and he burned down the entire Valour District in outer-Swampshore. The Great Fire lasted for 2 Months. Ramsay was always secretly known to have done it but nobody ever outright said it. It may seem to be that Ramsay was not a normal child.
The time after the Great Fire was a period of trying to decide what to do with Ramsay. Some said to send him to Karstark , others exile in Gazza's Homestead. Jon decided to send him to the Rickard Haroldry Hospital to see if they could do anything about his insanity. The answer was that it was incurable, so they locked him in the Insane Asylum. Ramsay was declared unfit to lead and so the title of heir moved to his younger brother Jacken Reed. The Insane Asylum managed to keep him for a year until he broke out and killed the Director of the Hospital.
Ramsay fled the Swamplands heading to Bear Island under his pseudonyms Ramsay Ried, Raid or Reid. He joined the Fighting Pits and become champion multiple times. He met DJ Mormont there they got along. Eventually he was discovered by the authorities and deported back to the Swamplands. He spent the rest of the years in Swamplands burning down villages and killing innocents.
He has a strong hatred of House Mormont after his sister, Yara, married Vorchei Mormont. He is very protective of his siblings and feared that Yara would be unwelcome in Bear Island.
Ramsay was causing chaos in Swampshore, until. Jon Reed got a letter from King Richard Renly to send a ambassador to Kings Keep. Jon decided to send Ramsay, just to keep him away from Swampshore. He would later severely regret that decision. Ramsay made a mockery of House Reed, he insulted the King and his Kingsguard. It's unclear what happened after but they fled the city, causing mayhem along the way. He was joined by other members of Noble Houses, they formed Ramsay and Co. a group dedicated to keeping Ramsay in check and failing.
They found themselves on The Island of Aglonby and joining the The Mages of Aglonby. Ramsay was rather reluctant to do anything helpful. Instead he decided to release all evil. He killed some mages and along with his protegee Duncan Sand, broke the Orb that contained evil. He consumed Pure Evil and began his Deamonic mutations.
They caused more mayhem along the way until Ramsay was called back to Aglonby by the Nightman, he was trained in his ways and eventually even killed him. Becoming the Nightman. It's unknown what he does now.

He studied at the Virtue Academy, while smart he was responsible for the Virtue Fire. He learned at the The Mages of Aglonby for a while.

Unemployed current, making his own way in the world.

Causing all evil to return to the world, with the help of Duncan Sand. He did this by destroying the ancient orb. Anything he has ever done according to him.
