Golden Groves

The Golden Groves are a vast aspen stand in the Autumn Court of the Feywild. They sit towards the inner edge of the Autumn Court, bordering the Pastures of Autumn and the Tree of All Seasons. Their geography and the paths through them seem to shift almost at random; unlucky travelers may find themselves lost within their depths for weeks, months, or even lifetimes. According to recent scholarship in the field of faeroxology, the Golden Groves are a single sapient organism: Pando, perhaps the largest Archfey in the entirety of the Feywild.

The Golden Groves are a continuous stand of near-identical aspen trees that perpetually carry a crown of autumnal yellow leaves. Beyond this general description, the geography of the Golden Groves seems to shapeshift according to unknown whims.
