Aistanë
The aistanë (masculine aistano, feminine aistana) are the basic class of formally ordained stewards of the Wild Dynasty religion.
Requirements
The aistanë are expected to perform prayers or meditation at least once per day, as prescribed by their particular order (for example, followers of Danu must pray in the evenings in a space dedicated to plant life, such as a forest, park, or garden). They must remain celibate before marriage, and any marriage they enter must be personally blessed by one of the Aishimë. Unless rendered impossible (such as during extended extraplanar travel), they must observe all important holidays of their god. They are obligated to shun excessive wealth and extravagance and to help the needy whenever possible.
