Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Belko is in good physical shape, though he walks with a limp and his left arm has obviously been broken a number of times and poorly healed. He keeps his left hand rucked in his tabard by default.

Belko's body is a seething mass of scars that often chap and seep.

Belko has pinched features and typically maintains an expression somewhere between 'pinched' and 'scowling.'

Belko usually wears the gray uniform of the Rencer Guards that he leads. His tabard has a red shield on the front to denote his rank, and he leaves off the anonymous helmet.

Personal history
Belko was born to Farrow Bakal, Bishop of Cambreath before the temple fell. When it fell, he accompanied his mother to Alcedene. His childhood afterwards was relatively normal.
His Becoming presaged perhaps his later troubles. He accompanied a shipment of goods and supplies to Fort Hopewell, and fended off numerous Greenskin assaults. He was successful and returned, adopting his father's family name rather than join one from the town.
He was one of the few Alcedeneans to answer the call of the Doomed Crusade. What happened to him out there or how he survived the first wave is unknown, but he was forever changed by the experience.
Belko's unit was assigned to scout a path to the Goblin City and was overwhelmed by Orcs.
Belko was captured alive due to a head injury and taken to an orc camp, where he was tortured, beaten and brainwashed. He was forced to father a slew of half-orc children with the tribe's females, and then he escaped into the wilderness. He had to fight his way through the retreating goblins and back to Alcedene, where he no longer felt at home.
Having trouble fitting in, he responded to a call for a new sheriff from Port Terrence and has settled in there.
