Sylvan
The language of the Feywild is alive and well. Elvish and Lupin have a deep tie to this language as the Elves are descendants of the Fey and the Lupin connections are currently unknown. Sylvan is just as strange as the Fey who speak it. It's even dangerous depending on the situation a speaker finds themselves in. Sylvan has raw magic in the alphabet when you speak it. It is layered with auditory illusions, making voices mutable and untamed and listeners are unable to know the true accent of the speaker. If a person can master the language, they can cause sounds like lion growls or the rustling of leaves in the wind occur as they speak.
Beneath that is the effect it has on your wording. The primal magic of Sylvan can prey on your emotions and twist your wording to fit it. If you feel regret, it could cause you to spill your heart out to people you don't even know. Feel anger and it'll a curse somewhere in the sentence that cuts to a person's core. It is possible to control this but only the Fey show true mastery over this language.
Geographical Distribution
Sylvan's connection to the Feywild means it is concentrated where nature is the most powerful. Haejon and Shinovar show the greatest concentration of Sylvan as the Elves of those lands are quick to use them to speak to Fey. Any place where a druid circle could be is another location for Sylvan to take root.
