Infernal
No language is as structured or as refined as Infernal, the language of the Nine Hells, the language of Devils. It is the complete inverse of Abyssal despite the latter taking from it. It holds some link to Celestial but it isn't as good or as heavenly as the language. Some scholars have attributed this to Zariel and the fallen Angels that followed her, the mixing of Celestial and Infernal making them seem similar.
Whatever the case, Infernal is the language of documentation. Everything about it is to speak with complete and utter specificity but also undercut their speech so there's always a hidden meaning. It is the legalese of the Cosmic Order as some extraplanar beings like to call it.
However Devils aren't the only ones who make use of it as their spawn: the Tieflings have also taken it. In their lands, Infernal is often the legal language when writing down documentation and contracts. It is so legalese that everyone likes to use it for legal contracts whether they be oral or script-based. Infernal may have an evil beginning to it but even the good can make use out of it.
Geographical Distribution
Infernal is found all over Kesia but it is predominately focused in Lalas and Atia due to the Tiefling population there.
