Samsaran

Samsarans are humanoid beings with blue skin and hair, pupilless white eyes, and blood as clear as water. They physically resemble humans, but remain distinct. They are a species of reincarnating beings existing as representatives of fate, with their very souls being watched over by the Gods of Fate and Death.
A samsaran is not born, but appears. They remember very little of their previous life, if anything at all, and rarely do these memories ever increase. They may, however, learn how to draw on the power of their ancestors over time.
