Tibalt's Teahouse

Tibalt's Teahouse is one of the many hidden gems in Costa. It is not known by many, but those who do know of it, make sure to always visit it while they are in town. It is owned by Tilly Tibalt, and is the only place where you can actually get your tea made by a real tame tea dragon.
