The Carless Kiwi

One of the smallest taverns in Costa, it never seems to have a huge amount of patrons, but it stays open all the same. While it never seems to be "busy" it seems as though people are constantly coming in and out of the door of the tavern. However, it is far enough from the center of the city that no one really seems to pay much attention to it.
