Twenty years ago when the The Costa Coliseum first opened, it was realized that fighters from the games often times broke their weapons during especially harsh matches. So a deal was struck with an aspiring young blacksmith who lived nearby. The city would provide money to start his smithy business, and would pay him weekly for his services on the deal that he would always have weapons in supply for the fighters, and he would always be ready to drop what he was doing to make a new weapon by the next day for a fighter who lost their previous one.
