The Coven of the Lunar Owl: Costa Division

This is the Costa division of The Coven of the Lunar Owl. It is a windmill design that is known for having three floors. On the first floor, is the main office and the mail room. This is where people can come in, and get letters, and where all the feathers get their assignments for the day. The second floor is known as the strategy room. This is where all of the planning is done for who will take which messages where. It is a very comprehensive place, which only people with a Coven of the Lunar Owl witch mark can enter, or get any kind of information. The third floor is the barracks where all the different feathers sleep when they are not on the job. It has a powerful spatial magic spell put on it, so that it can accommodate many more people that its size would suggest. There is always an open room for another feather if the need be. Tarva Netra, is the current Feather Manager of this division.

Entries

There are two main entrances into The Coven of the Lunar Owl: Costa Division. The first is the main door, that is on the southeastern side of the building. It is the one that all patrons come through. There is also a back door that is specifically reserved for employees and members of The Coven of the Lunar Owl: Costa Division.

Architecture

The building looks like a large, blue, three story windmill. When you walk into the front door, you are greeted by an open sitting space, and a large wooden counter, where there is usually at least one worker. The windmill is made of stone, and the turbine is constantly spinning even if there is no wind present.
