The Witch Queen's Castle
This beautiful castle is in the middle of Costa. It is surrounded on by large walls, the gates of which are always open to the public. The plan is that if an attack on the capital is ever made, all the citizens can fortify themselves within the castle walls to stay safe. The castle also houses the city hearth where new information is shared, and new comers to the city can stop and ask for assistance if need be. The castle also houses many members of The Coven of Commerce taxation division who are the main calculators and collectors of the taxes for Kelarpian. The castle is a beautiful almost labyrinth like building that it is said was constructed by the Witch Queen herself with her magic. It is also said that The With Queen has not left the castle in almost a year now, preferring to stay within its safe walls.
