Tilly is an elderly tiefling who runs Tibalt's Teahouse in Costa. She is known for making really good tea and dumplings. It is also said that she remembers every customer that has ever walked through her doors, and will always greet you by name if you give her one. She is also the only breeder and tamer of tea dragons in all of Kelarpese. While they mostly live in the wild, Tilly has tamed them, and uses them in her shop. She also sells them occasionally, but only to the right buyer, and she chooses if that is you herself.
