Rox Guild Planning, Entry #1: The Vision
Structure
Rox Guild should have a clear categorization and hierarchical plan from the start.
Disclosure: These are some vague outlines and are subject to change once our operations exceed the expected calculations.
Head of Rox
The Whistle leads the Rox Guild, though they should also act as advisor to the researchers, since whoever wears the title of The Whistle should be the face of the future.Heads of Department
Each department has their respective Head of "xxx". They keep in contact with the current projects Team Leads and act as the communicative link to the field guilds. For example, the Head of Botanical Research would administer two projects, while also discussing new research propositions with the representatives from the Botanist Guild. If a proposition is accepted, they also coordinate with researchers to form a new team.Team Leads
The Team Leads will work in their respective field of expertise and are responsible for the development of their one and only current project. They will keep notes, set expectations, keep morale high and obviously, work on the project themselves should there be time.Rox xxx
Each team is comprised of number of Rox scientists. The "xxx" here stands for their field of expertise. So in the example of a pesticide, we would need two Rox Botanists, two Rox Mechanics and one Rox Beastiarian. These Rox xxx will work together under the Team Lead to develop this project.Culture
Rox Guild will be a fishing net for all those willing to learn and improve, not only themselves but the livelyhood of the souls around them. Rox Guild will feature their own Rox Academy, where once graduated, the scientists will enjoy a prestigious life. Once a Rox Graduate, the Guild will hold the person accountable, so a humble appearance is expected. The public shall feel as if working for Rox is a great achievement that is to be aspired towards.
Public Agenda
Rox Guild has one goal, and one goal only: Uncover the potential that lies within the endless Fog which lies beyond the Worlds Edge to use it to ease the burden on humanity.
The thirs for knowledge is only temporary, though the determination behind a much more intricate goal is what keeps us moving forward
Assets
We estimate Rox to become the driving force of humanity. Thus we recommend to, at the very least, construct a Rox Academy in every immediate settlement cluster. Each large-scale town should have a Rox Guild, conducting research of their own in the fields that garner the most attention in their respective region.
