The dome of the Purista district is a micro version of the true White Lord's barrier that covers all of Lendor

The wealthiest area within each City of Tenglan.
Within Imperias City only the The Queen, King Johan Ganay (including Royal affiliated members), higher ranking Elista, and the most influential Wizard Guild members can afford to live in this zone. The district is surrounded by a 30-foot tall wall with several entrance gates manned by the The Royal Guard or City Watch allowing entry only to those with the necessary privileges.
Outside Imperias City, in the other Tenglan cities, each Purista District is far smaller and therefore doesn't need a vast protective wall - requiring just a few City Watch as border control. Only the Dukess, Gold Elista members, and the wealthiest merchants live in this zone.
