Local geography

Seynin Fant is a large town situated at the southern end of an island shaped like a seahorse, positioned at the heart of the Seynan Islands chain. Renowned for its ancient and mysterious Fantin Monolith, the town attracts scholars and adventurers eager to unravel the secrets of this enigmatic relic, carved with strange runes that whisper of a bygone civilization. The landscape of Seynin Fant features rolling hills that rise behind the town, while cliffs define both the eastern and western extremes, creating dramatic vistas along the shoreline.   The island's rich environment supports a diverse array of flora, with woodlands flourishing at each end, where towering Cedar and Olive trees provide vital resources for the local inhabitants. In the lower valleys, vibrant patches of Hagleaf ferns thrive, their pain-relieving properties making them a prized find among herbalists. The surrounding waters are alive with marine life; schools of fish, including the flavorful Dergam, swift Dolki, and the nimble Pargam, dart through the waves. The presence of larger predatory fish, such as the Lorghee and the formidable Reestlash, adds an air of mystery to the depths. Meanwhile, playful seals can often be spotted basking on coastal rocks, and the elusive Giant Octopus hides among rocky crevices, its intelligence and camouflage abilities making it a fascinating inhabitant of these waters.   Seabirds such as Gulls and the bold Morvix thrive along the shores, scavenging for scraps left by fishermen. The hardy Stormhunter, well-adapted to the region’s tumultuous weather, skillfully hunts fish even in the harshest conditions. The majestic Ulmathren, with its impressive wingspan, glides effortlessly above the waves, a symbol of freedom and resilience for those who live along the coast.   Notable among the aquatic wonders is the deserted Tower of the Tides, a small island that was once home to a great Sea Wizard. Now, the tower stands silent and abandoned, a shell of its former glory, yet it still holds an air of mystique that lingers in the salty sea breeze. It serves as a navigational beacon for passing ships
