Tribute

Standing at the southwestern edge of Golthien, Tribute was the original capitol and hereditary home of The Houlon Empire.
It is most notably the birthplace of the first dynastic ruler of the Houlon Empire, it remained the seat of the nation for several hundred years, until the founding of High Court. However, the city remains as an honorable ancestor to its more modern capitol.
