Omniglass is the clear godglass that can enhance the resonance of the other types of godglass. It is expensive, finicky, and can only by made from refined cindersand.
STORY
Master Kastora uses omniglass in his phoenix channel design to enhance the energy conversion of the cinderite. Following his design, Thessa Foleer successfully implements omniglass rings in her own phoenix channel prototype, despite only having a limited supply of refined cindersand.
When Breenen Alvari holds Thessa and Tirana Kirkovik at gunpoint, Thessa wonders aloud if omniglass would amplify lightning like it magnifies sorcery. Putting her experiment to the test, she kicks the phoenix channel so it is aiming at the door. Her hypothesis ends up being correct as the phoenix channel transforms a lightning bolt into a massive beam of blinding light that disintegrates Captain Hellonian and nearly all his dragoons.
