Geography

The Demesne of Semna lies firmly within the Imperial Gorge. As such the east and west sides of the field are bounded by scrub-land that slope up into The Red Waste. The Kervakhen River is the primary defining feature, bisecting the region from north to south. Downriver, to the south, it the Demesne of Tiset and to the north is the Demesne Imperial.
The demesne itself is primarily rolling irrigated fields with the occasional hill used for grazing. During the spring and early summer the banks of the river swell twofold, flooding the fields with fertile silt. Further away from the river the fields gradually transition from grassland into scrub-land and finally into desert.
