History

The death of actual Ates a long ass time ago.

Architecture

Because Semna is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities along the Kervakhen River it also have some of the oldest architecture. While newer homes and farms are still being built of simple mud brick, many of the buildings have been gradually replaced with stone.

Geography

The city of Semna sits along the floodplain of the Kervakhen River. As such the dominant feature of the landscape is the river to west. Immediately surrounding the city are irrigated fields. Spreading further out the land transitions gradually into grassy hills and then scrub-land.

The Silver Chalice
  • Good Inn, caters to townsfolk, owned by Petahay
  • On east Greentower Street, northeast of a rune-carved monolith. Its neighbors include a Runecarvers Guild and a large public garden.
  • The inn is a large building of timber and brick, with finely crafted tables and chairs (each unique). Accommodations consist of several small rooms with beds and woolen mattresses.
