Star Harbor
This port city is the sea trading hub of Pelee that supports the capital city of Roseholm.
Cadence Dragon Brother and Rhythmus found the sheltered beach when scouting the shore directly east of Roseholm. They knew that a sea route would be more efficient to source goods and supplies from the Free City of Joran in the north and the Free City of Gen to the south. At first they built some small structures there to hold supplies between trips, but over time it grew into a settlement.
When Rosililly and Cadence's oldest son, Cadence AKA Denny, married a Volkamenia from the seaside town of Armeria Maritima, they settled there to raise their family. They built a pier off the northern outcropping so the boats would no longer have to be dragged up the beach, and a small town grew up around their home and pier.
Queen Lilliandra was especially fond of the town; in 145 she had the Sea Estate built on the rocky overlook south of the beach. A long wooden walkway was built across the sand to bridge the town and the estate.
