Armeria Maritima
Unlike the other towns in the agrarian Ushann, Armeria Maritima, or Maritima to locals, is influenced more by the glass makers than the flower growers- which is why it was named for the flowers that grow wild near the shore. Glass is an important commodity in Ushann owing to all the green houses- you can't grow flowers year round without green houses. Armeria Maritima, being the only village on the sea shore, has a ready supply of sand for the craft.
While most of the glass makers work glass the traditional way, there are three shops that create Mage Glass. Mage Glass is more durable than regular glass- it cannot be damaged by the elements. All of the greenhouses at the great garden, even the giant green house at it's center, were constructed with Mage Glass from the seashore town.
Maritima is the only seaport city in Ushann as the rest of the towns are inland. They are the region's trading hub for Nidavir, Renamos, Nemel (except during the isolationist period), and the south lands.
In recent times, the glass makers have begun growing Ranunculus as the favorite vanity flower.
