Beatrice is the Marshal of the Accian Military Training Program and has served in this position for decades. She runs the program with an iron fist, purposefully selected for the position thanks to her stark loyalty to the crown, her ability to lead and to make difficult decisions. Her racial magic is also highly suitable for a woman of her position, manipulating the aspiration of both her co-workers and recruits. Beatrice views her role and that of those working under her as one of the greatest callings an Accian can undertake, molding, training and guiding the next generation of soldiers for their mighty empire. She has an unhealthy admiration of the king, funneling her passion into running the program in his interests.
Beatrice is a proud member of the Accian court, the Ten Houses, inheriting her mother's position as Countess within the Stahlmann House. While she has passed on her duties to her son, she still possesses considerable influence in court. Like many nobles, her mother was married off to a soldier who had made a name for himself in military service who was originally from a small village in Nyasi za Rangi, Alkelbulan. Beatrice is rather proud of her heritage, seeing herself as an excellent example of the diversity and opportunities which can result from their political and military system. She truly believes they offer opportunities to each and every citizen. However, she certainly isn't without her prejudices, viewing Accian citizens and culture as superior.

Appearance
Beatrice is petite with springy coils of reddish-auburn hair she prefers to keep out of her face. She isn't often seen out of her white uniform, keeping it meticulously clean and neat. Her age has begun to show on her face and a few of her curls have gone gray. In her magic form, Beatrice gains sepia patterns resembling a net across her arms and torso as well as bluish white swallowing up her hands like gloves.
