Era
A matronly town of Grain, the fertile fields of Era are home to prized quality grain and its products, such as baked goods and various alcohols. The people of the village are kind and humble folk, although they are known for being quite ruthless with a deal and have no mercy for someone who breaks a promise, no matter how informal. This is levied against the nearby owning city of Paris and makes Era a force to be reckoned with in their trades, despite the small size of the territory.
Demographics
Most of Era is Human, with some derivatives mixed in. Alongside that, there's a strong Shifter population as well, although the two are almost indistinguishable from one another.
Government
Senator Charron is able to mostly handle the runnings of the town by her lonesome, although she does take monthly town halls and counsel from influential community members. However, some people say that it's really the wealthy business owners that tip her hand in their favor, with as much gold as they can pile on.
Defences
Much like all cities in Atalanta, the walls of Era are well maintained, as are the abilities of the City Guard who protect the town and the fields.
Industry & Trade
Era's biggest industries are the production of various grains, along with other vegetables, and alcohol production from that baking, alongside baking and the occasional weaving.
Infrastructure
While Era has the basic comforts of modern appliances, most of the cities infrastructure has gone to irrigation, the protection of its various fields, and the breweries. There are also a large number of grain mills that double as Windmills when not being manually pushed.
Architecture
Large wooden houses and factories are common in Era, and many of them are painted various shades of yellow and green for the fields around the city.
