New Cyre
New Cyre, sitting on one of the primary trade routes of eastern Breland, is home to the largest Cyran refugee community in Khorvaire, with a population that fluctuates between four and five thousand residents. Mostly working as farmers, New Cyre is theoretically subject to Brelish law but in practice Prince Oargev ir'Wynarn, last son of Cyre's royal family, has a free hand to do as he pleases here.
