The design concept

Hopefully you have already gotten to know the world of Elaqitan and the concept of the novel . Now you just have to find your way around a little better and this little guide about the design concept of this world and where best to start your journey should help you.

The Design

I know you probably would have understood the design concept very quickly yourself, but I don't want to confuse you as you move back and forth between articles on each continent and the design of the articles changes.

World & Item Banners

The world banner always consists of four images that represent the four elements in introductory or overview articles of the entire world, like here in this article. If you delve deeper into the matter and explore the individual continents or the Island of the Elements, the respective banner always consists of three fixed images.

The two outer ones represent the continent and the second from the left symbolizes the element or the world or the island. The third image from the left is variable and refers to the topic of the article. In addition, the banner contains the lettering of Elaqitan in the respective color of the continent or the basic tone of the world or island as well as its icon.

Colors, Icons, Quotes & horizontal Lines

When you think of the elements, you will probably immediately see a different color and you will think of symbols that represent the elements. That's why I wanted each continent to have its own individual touch.

You don't have to be afraid, it won't be too colorful and it will only be mixed on very few items, like this one. Additionally, icons in each continent's articles are never changed. Individual frames for the quotes and horizontal lines for each continent round off the whole concept.

All of this is intended to ensure that you always know which part of Elaqitan you are currently exploring. Of course, I also hope that the colors and images put you in the right elemental mood.

The beginning of your journey through Elaqitan

If you haven't read the first two introductory parts yet, then you should definitely take a look at Part I now. From there, I recommend you continue your journey with the articles on The creation of the globe, the overview of Elaqitan - The Globe and of course to explore the Aqi Talúsix - Tree of Elements. This will give you a really good first impression of my world and you can discover the rest of the articles as you wish.

For a quick overview of all available articles, you can also use the Glossary - English articles in the World Codex. In addition, you will find all articles and a few more in German, the table of contents of which has been structured according to English. There is no direct connection between the original German and the translated English version in order not to further confuse you as a reader.   My world isn't really big yet, so embarking on the journey shouldn't be overwhelming. I'm currently planning to publish an encyclopedia that will contain many short articles that give a panoramic view of the world without possibly being important for my novel project. If such entries become important, there will be detailed articles about them.

And now, I wish you a lot of fun and a safe trip!
If you like something, I look forward to your “like” and your nice comments or feedback.

Sehr schön und verständlich aufbereitet!
Bin ein Fan von den CSS Anpasungen je Artikel - auch wenn ich es selber vermutlich wieder übertrieben hab.
Ich finde du hast deine Farbschema auch gut aus gewählt!

Each continent having its own colour is a lovely touch. Air being pink surprisingly fits it as well.
