Rókans
The Rókans1 live around Rakolúð Lake in central Malónat, their main city of Þilea'norí is one of the oldest in Ela'k Forest and a major trading hub. Fishing and raising giant salamanders are the main industries there, and the wine produced there is considered some of the best in the whole world.

Rókans speak a dialect of the common Útelic language, where there's a tendency to roll the Rs.
Common Dress code
Rókan clothing differs little from that of the common Útel, consisting of a cloak, leather- or woven sandals and a wrapped loincloth with a belt, though there's a distinct preference for orange and purple.
