Þilea'norí
Útelic: Þilea'norí /θɪlɛaʔnɔːriː/
Rókan dialect: /θɪlɛaʔnɔːʀiː/
Þilea'norí is one of the oldest cities in Ela'k Forest, located on the shores of Rakolúð Lake in central Malónat. The native Rókan tribe ruling the city often boast that Þilea'norí is the true capital of Malónat rather than Úlmora, and that claim isn't that far-fetched. The city is a major trading hub of the Útels and beyond, with goods coming as far as the Jaarels under the Vúrakesen Mountains to the southwest and the Ameders to the north.

Demographics
Mostly Útels belonging to the Rókan and Malón tribes, with some other tribes native to Malónat as well.
Government
Matters specific to each caste are handled by a meeting of the eldests of each family, who regularly send one of their own to the assembly of representatives of each caste to solve issues that prove hard to solve. When that fails, those issues are reported and solved by the annual Yt-Þarizen in Úlmora.
Defences
A palisade surrounds the city, marking its ceremonial boundaries.
Industry & Trade
Aside from the usual Útel trades, the city relies quite a bit on fishing, raising giant salamanders and wine production.
