Úlmora
Úlmora is the capital of Malónat, and the former capital of the Útels as a whole. The city is the seat of Malónat's Yt-Þarizen, the highest elder council, where representatives of each settlement come to report on their communities status and voice whatever dilemma it's facing. Whatever agreement the Yt-Þarizen comes to concerning these troubles is final, and it's the representatives' duty to announce them back home and honour them as best as they can.
Úlmora is also the center of trade with Ameder and, more rarely, Mörkel merchants from the the north and east. Few travelers ever venture further than than Úlmora or Kalot, so their experience of Útel culture only really represents that of these two cities.
