Hakó
Hakó is a general term for the language of the Þrihaks of Þrihakía and the southern edge of the Plain of Kings in eastern Dragonía. Like Mörkelic, it evolved from Móerkelic after the Móerkels, common ancestors of the Mörkels and Þrihaks, migrated to eastern Dragonía after a monstrous creature laid waste to their civilization.
Currently, Hakó is made up of five regional dialects corresponding to the main territories of the Þrihaks.

Geographical Distribution
Hakó is mostly spoken by the independent tribes of Þrihakía and to lesser extend among those tribes that have settled on the Plain of Kings, particularly in Kóvúrt. Minotaurs who visit Þrihaks to trade with them often know enough of their language to make themselves understandable, but otherwise stick to their native tongue.
Vocabulary
Hakó is far more divergent from Móerkelic than the Mörkelic languages, as while the latter still practice agriculture and lead sedentary lives not unlike their ancestors, most Þrihaks live in scattered nomadic or semi-nomadic tribes of hunters or pastoralists. Some of the southern tribes borrowed a few words from the Minotaurs inhabiting the desert south of Þrihakía, mostly for the various goods they buy from them such as glass objects, dates and coconuts.
