Sunrise Point
Much like Pacific Shore, Sunrise Point once held the interest of several investors over the years. Unlike the Pacific Shore however, it was the distance from the heart of the city and the neighboring underdeveloped districts that caused the loss of interest. There is mainly low-income, affordable housing in this area.
