Oceanview

Oceanview is on the coast of Crescent City. The end that borders The Docks has nice summer homes, hotels, and a beach that is open twenty four hours to host camp fires and star gazing. Further inland is where the "middle class" of the city live. Small, two and three bedroom houses are crammed together on 1/4 acre lots with a sprinkling of small businesses throughout.
