Blackmeadow

Blackmeadow is a former ghetto for the African American community. Although the original buildings have been washed away in the multiple tsunami’s that have struck the city, it has a decent size community. Most of the housing here is composed of mobile homes. Roughly half of what few streetlights there are here have been burnt out for a long time. There are various sketchy gas stations like the Quickie Mart and cheaper stores like K-Mart.
