Whisperwood Asylum

The city’s mental hospital, Whisperwood, currently houses over 200 patients, most of which are criminally insane. The facility focuses on containing the patients rather than rehabilitate them, exercising methods that directly reflect this. The building itself is practically a fortress. It was built to withstand Tsunami's and Earth Quakes. The Asylum was designed and built by a large team of people, including those who designed and built the Super Max Prison, just outside the city limits. Unfortunately none of the original blue prints still exist today.
