30 miles long, this river flows deep enough to have the Hollow Coast Bridge spanning it.

History

This river is important to both the Anyaia: Children of the First Note and the Iskashita: The First Spark as they both view this a one of the first sources of life on Caelum Prime. Both groups stop here and give thanksgiving especially for any water that they use.
The river has been blessed by several members of Eternal Harmony to include a couple of Priests from the Vatican.

It's not talked about often. Many don't even believe, dismissing it because it scares them. They want to believe that everyone makes it to the Cosmic Tapestry without any delays. I can't say that I blame them. I was them until I lost my wife drowned here.

These events have imbued the waters of this river with supernatural powers. If someone drowns in the river who has unresolved matters or something they are unwilling to let go, then their spirit can come back once a year on the anniversary of their death.

Once a year I came, until she told me the truth, told me why she committed suicide. I was shocked but also relieved. We were able to close the matter and she was able to move on at last.

This happens until they reslove the issue, let go of what they're holding on to, or find a way to keep what they're holding on to. Those who lost someone here can visit at the twilight on the anniversary of their loved one's death where they will be able see and talk to them. They can't move on until their loved one does and is compelled to come once a year. When their loved one's ghost moves on, the person feels it and knows that they can move on now too.

He forgave her? Maybe I'm being to harsh on this unknown woman. I will admit that my own upbringing plays a major part in how I feel about what she did. It was drilled into us that no matter what it is or how bad it is, suicide is not the answer. I sit here judging her and perhaps unfairly since I know not what was going on. I don't even have a name to research.

Faith and belief are powerful things. I should know. I don't get much a chance to talk to other historians to see if they believe the same way I do or if they even still believe in Infinite Grace after all they've learned. I do, that's all I can attest to. While faith and belief can be strong, this is the first time I've come across anything being imbued with supernatural powers. I wonder how much it has changed the water itself and the fish that swim in it. Too bad I'll never know.
