Gaemorra

A small trading hub system Despite the scarce contact with the greater Imperium, the Gaemorra System remains a relatively stable foothold for the Imperium of Man. The Adeptus Mechanicus in particular put in an effort to stabilize the system, as it contains both a massive mineral-rich asteroid belt and a multitude of gas giants that can be harvested for fuel. Aside from mining operations on asteroids and massive mobile refinery ships, the system contains but a single planet in its habitable zone; Hive world Tyrannus. Able to survive as an isolated hive world through a combination of their material wealth, and an archeotech communications network that serves as a lifeline with the rest of the sector.

Fauna & Flora

Daring individuals might try out some hunting on nearby deathworlds for creatures beyond imagination, whose corpses provide more materials and possibly exotic food that might fetch quite the profit.
