Almighty Primal Lords

Every area of the planet falls under the domain of thirteen gigantic lifeforms. Sometimes called "mega beasts", "megas", "gods", or "King Beasts", the are well know to be called collectively the "The Thirteen Almighty Lords".   These giant life forms fall under the purview of The God Primal , an often referenced never seen beast said to dwarf the 13 in both size and strength. It is understood that if ,in the rare case that, one of the almighty fall, The God Primal will awaken to ascend a non-homon lifeform to replace the lost Mega.   The Thirteen maintain clear territories however they do not often come into fatal conflict with each other. Why this is the case is unclear. It could be that the territories of the 13 make conflict undesirable. There is some evidence in the lore that the almighty lords have some effect on their biome's climate and ecosystem but the cause and effect relationship is not clear.   While the Almighty Lords do not breed and any semblance of sex seems superficial, it seems they are able to create smaller clones occasionally. This splitting seems random and the clones do not seem to be as large nor powerful as their parent. It is therefore possible to eliminate them with coordinate effort though there is much danger in assaulting them.
