Husband to Aerivin Maraigh. Father to Tarana, who would be queen to Dorreon III.
Sir Perrik was a squire to his brother Sir Cedrinor Dorn, who was one of the Three Breyvs who supped with Lady Helena Maraigh and mysteriously died. Young Perrik returned to Revelback after the event, bringing with him a young lady-in-waiting named Aerivin, a cousin to Lady Helena. Lady Aerivin's station is unclear, but she was a member of Clan Maraigh. The two were wed in 943 RA, bearing Tarana the following year. Perrik would be knighted the year after that, though many said it was Lady Aerivin who won his spurs for him, as she was called a good friend of Sir Cord Dylaen, who knighted Sir Perrik. Sir Perrik would not become a Breyv Justicar until many years later, shortly before Dorreon III wed his daughter Tarana.
Sir Perrik's connections lifted him even higher still. Upon the ascension of Dorreon III, Sir Perrik was named Chief Justicar, replacing Samden Ainden, whose loyalties the new king suspected. Regardless of whether these suspicions were justified, Sir Perrik would prove his own loyalty by dying in the Third Brothers Rebellion, slain by the legendary Sir Cullach Odon. King Dorreon himself would die before a new Chief Justicar could be named.
