Astralus Triumvirate of Elders
The Astralus ruling council is a Triumvirate of Elders. They are the oldest three people from the major groups of religious, tradesmen/merchants, and noble/military. These elders work together to make the decisions needed to run the city.
The members of the triumvirate take turns as the chairman, every seven years this position is moved to the next person. Positions are numbered 1-3, they are for life unless voted out. They often share interests, and debate over decisions when required. Many of the lesser decisions are delegated to their assistants, some simple ones are handled by a council of the commoners, experts, businessmen, and even some lesser nobles.

The council controls land where various species and ethnicities live. These include Astralus, various types of Elf, and refugees from the @Chaos Wars.

The Astralus are allies with the Sylvania, Animus, Atlantia Continent, Aquarius, Capital of Oceania, etc.

They effectively rule the continent of (Avalonia, but the Outer settlements are delegated to be run by either an elected or chosen headman/woman. Delegates are scattered throughout the countries of their Allies, and even some of their enemies.
Currency
Luster is the name of the Astralus currency. They brought it with them to Aquatica.
Legislative Body
The Legislative Council writes any laws that are needed.
Judicial Body
The judicial council interprets the laws, that provide both lawyers and judges for both sides of the bench.
Executive Body
They provide the police, military, and guardsmen.
