High Constable

The High Constable is the highest ranking officer in the Constabulary, the land warfare force of Caraegwyn. They have supreme command of all forces of the Constabulary and a seat at the Round Table. They are one of the two highest commanders of the Royal Army together with the High Admiral.
There is ever only one High Constable at any one time, appointed by the monarch from amongst the ranks of Constables.
