Land of Peace
The estuaries and forests of northern Kaiden are ripe with artefacts and temples that belong to extinct tribes. Remnants of indiginous cultures lay sprawled throughout the lands. Some of their dens still remain in the wilds; their treasures and cultures waiting to be discovered by wayward adventurers and curious scholars. After the Mortal Wars however, these tribes were driven out or eradicated by the New Dawn paladin order. The first wave of Isirian worship colonised the north east to build homes for the Kaid star races that were evacuated during the advance of the Doxard Regime.
The New Dawn Paladins were intended to only stay until the newly formed Rivornyn could establish itself as a civilisation. However, paranoia began to spread amongst the populace and the soldiers with the proximity to Reland, where the remnants of the Doxard's forces were forced to reside. A large sect of the New Dawn's enforcers refused to return to Edephor and corroborated with Kalliphar, to formed a military government. This new government, known as The Occupance insisted that they would step down once they were certain that no human retaliation would come.
