These three interlocking bastions serve to form a megalopolis that houses human scientists, arcanists and veteran families from the Mortal Wars. With elitist laws, a disgruntled public and guards on every inch of exterior land, no other races, especially none of other planar persuasions, can enter this technological marvel of society. The humans are left to their own devices, their largest interactions with the outside being their trades with the dwarven strongholds. Their reclusion comforts the masses, but worries governments. Who knows what they are building within their walls?
Demographics
Vox Prada is an exclusively human settlement. Though some dwarven and orcish folk are permitted in the Mud Markets. No creature with Star race blood is permitted within the city without a Court member's express permission and even then they are treated with all the courtesy and rights of an animal.
Government
An autocracy in which the most intelligent is chosen to act as the Vox Relis. The city is also run by the Court of Innovation
