Wands of Reland
The last truly human-controlled realm in Agora. This country is largely left to its own devices by their lord, the Vox Homunis. While not necessarily impoverished or starved, those that live outside of the capital are not well catered to and more often not rely on themselves and nomadic mercenaries, which suits them just fine. Despite the bare minimum of attention given to them, the people - especially the Humans - are proud and supportive of the unknown machinations unfolding within the capital of Avalot.
Structure
The Vox Arthur is the magnanimous leader of Reland, their word is law even when it contradicts. Though this lord is rarelt required to speak out to their people, but work quietly with their chosen delegates to improve their kingdom. The outside towns are controlled by barons and baronesses who regulate the law, trades, and concerns of the villagers.
Public Agenda
The outside villages seek to procure materials and food stock for the capital, which seeks to study, build and experiment with material and magic to gift the world with improvements to livelihood and protection.
