Edralas

Designed by Remmonet the Builder, Edralas is the capital of the Nicaean Empire. Built into the foothills of the northern Orthu Mountains, its white stone and hexagonal walls make it stand out against the surrounding terrain. It also bridges the narrow gap in the mountain range, with the Sylva Forest to the west, and the Kasesh Desert to the east.

As the capital of the Nicaean Empire, Edralas holds the seat of the monarchy, the Thilivern Keep.

The city is divided into 6 "quarters", aligned radially from a central plaza. In the west is the Garden Quarter then, moving clockwise are the Noble Quarter, the Thilivern Keep and surrounding temples, the Merchant Quarter, the Artisans Quarter, and the People's Quarter.
