Syrus Tal'ahm Journal 2

Dear Saib,
 
The dragons are back. I wouldn't have believed it myself if I didn't see them with my own eyes. We tracked one through the forests of Tal'ahm, and it spoke directly to us, telling us of their return, and left a portal to the Fae realm in its wake.
 
This means many things for the future - but most importantly, its a sign of change. Huge, unpredictable change. The kind of change that could finally get us out of this life and on our own terms.
 
Continue your investigations in Zyniii while I continue working with this adventuring group - Name still pending. Nakah wants to call us "KET", whatever that means, but I'm heavily against the name.
 
We also met back up with our missing companions - Ko and Zyanya - who seem to have been travelling the Fae realm on their own. To be able to do that with no training is impressive, especially at Ko's age, suggesting they are both more capable than I initially assumed.
 
I'm finding that the majority of the group are starting to turn to me to make decisions, such as when we had to split up to search the forest. I don't mind stepping into this leadership position - but I not expect it. Somehow, I am the least outlandish of this group of vagabonds, but I will take this in stride.
 
Our next step is to investigate the Emerald Grove, somewhere I always intended to visit. Hopefully there we can find what is causing these Ley Line disturbances, and make some effort into closing them permanently. Until then, I'll continue with this group of adventurers. I'm sure you and them will be good friends.
